Front Street is the main hub of retail activity for the City of Georgetown. From there, blocks of historic district homes, parks and waterways flow. To get to Georgetown, travel south on Highway 17 from Myrtle Beach approximately 35 miles and turn left on Broad Street and follow the signs to Front Street. From Charleston, travel north on Highway 17 approximately 60 miles and turn right on Front Street about a mile after you cross the bridge.
